Description
The CAC is already the third generation of the versatile mission knife that Tarrerias – Bonjean has developed especially for the French Army. Uncompromising design, lightness and robustness are the essential characteristics of the tactical knife. Technically more sophisticated than its predecessors, the CAC is the answer to the French Army’s demand for a no-compromise, ambidextrous knife that can be opened and closed with one hand. In its development, TB-Outdoor again collaborated with Philippe Perotti, who was in the French Special Forces at the time and was able to use his extensive experience to maximize the knife’s efficiency. The Nitrox blade (X35Cr16N) with partial serrations and lettering of the special unit GIGN (Groupe d’intervention de la Gendarmerie nationale) opens silky smooth by thumb pin, while the slider allows intuitive unlocking of the knife. The lightweight textured black PA6 polyamide handle provides a secure grip and houses a belt cutter and glass breaker. Includes convertible tip-up clip and pouch.
