The natural grain of the wood makes each knife unique, while the antibacterial properties of birch are a practical advantage in everyday kitchen use.A flat bolster between the handle and blade ensures optimum control when cutting, for example when finely chopping onions or vegetables. The standard version of the Dele comes with a custom-fit leather blade cover – ideal for safe transport, whether in a kitchen drawer, in a rucksack when hiking or on culinary journeys. Warning and safety information:Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts.
