Description
A go-getter, a flat, a stunner – in the light-footed Boker Kihon Bifold 42a, US knife designer Lucas Burnley expresses the idea of Japanese Kihon in form and philosophy. The term originally encompasses the fundamentals and basic techniques of Japanese martial arts, the peaceful spiritual interpretation of which can be felt in the solid one-handed knife. The features and design give the Praktisch the necessary chic as the perfect balance for all cutting tasks. The drop-point blade made of powder metallurgy CPM MagnaCut (61-62 HRC) and stonewash finish stands for maximum stability with outstanding cutting properties. It keeps its edge retention, is hard, corrosion-resistant and tough – characteristics that leave nothing to be desired! The operating concept with a nail nick and backlock for opening and unlocking the blade is intuitive; iconic black stonewashed stainless steel handle, folded from a single piece. Suppled with a lanyard hole, a convertible tip-up clip and plenty of drive. Warning and safety information:Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
