Description
In particularly noble restaurants an original Laguiole cutlery is served with the steak. The slender blade shape and elegant lines have made the Laguiole knives world-famous. Handmade in the famous cutler Robert David in Thiers, France, the stainless steel blades are mirror polished and razor-sharp ground. The traditional shepherd’s cross in the handles, the hand engravings on the back of the handle and the bee, the Napoleonic heraldic animal, must not be missing, as with all original French Laguiole knives, even in the fixed steak knives. This cutlery is carefully handmade and reflects the French tradition and food culture. The fork and the knife are equipped with handles of fine juniper wood, which smells pleasantly of freshly ground pepper.
