Fisher Space Pen Corporation was founded by industrialist Paul C. Fisher and is based in Boulder City, Nevada. NASA has been using the Fisher Space Pen for every manned space mission since 1968, and it was developed back in 1965. The pen works reliably even in space under weightless conditions.
