The French family company Goyon-Chazeau has been manufacturing high-quality knives and cutlery in Thiers since 1953. It is now managed by the third generation and stands for the craftsmanship of knife-making that has been refined and passed on over decades. In addition to the world-famous Laguiole cutlery, the range also includes chef’s knives and pocket knives, which are forged in-house and then made by hand.
