Description
Compact, legal, and uncompromising, the Boker Plus Five Point Nine delivers full performance in a remarkably small fixed-blade format. Despite its compact size, this knife is anything but modest. The full-tang construction, paired with a 440C drop-point blade featuring a rugged stonewash finish, gives this small powerhouse the strength and reliability of much larger knives. Light brown Micarta handle scales provide excellent grip and a warm, tactile feel. Designed by German custom knifemaker and full-time tattoo artist Thomas Krug of M.B.F. Messer (Mein Bester Freund), the Five Point Nine reflects a keen sense of aesthetics and function. Pronounced jimping along the blade spine and rear handle area ensures exceptional control, while the bolted handle scales feature distinctive gill-like contours. With its practical blade shape and compact dimensions, the Five Point Nine is ideal as a backup knife or discreet neck knife for everyday use. A lanyard hole and a precisely fitted Kydex sheath complete the package. Warning and safety information:Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
