T From concept to carry, Polish custom knifemaker David Hás of Cronos Knives guided the Boker Plus Pollywog through its entire metamorphosistransforming a nature-inspired idea into a compact fixed blade built for everyday use. Modeled after the tadpole that lends the knife its name, the Pollywogs organic shape blends form and function seamlessly. The drop-point blade with satin finish echoes the motion of a rowing tail and navigates daily cutting tasks with ease. Crafted from Nitro-V steel, the blade offers excellent edge retention and strong corrosion resistance, making it equally capable in urban EDC and light outdoor environments. Precision and control are enhanced by jimping on the thumb rest and a robust full-tang construction. Contoured G10 handle scales follow the knifes natural lines, providing outstanding comfort through ergonomic finger recesses. A hollow rivet at the end of the handlereminiscent of a tadpoles eyesdoubles as a lanyard hole. The Pollywog is supplied with a custom-fit Kydex sheath, complete with ball chain and lanyard for secure and stylish carry. Warning and safety information:Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily.
