Description
The Arv knife lives up to its name. Arv means heritage in Norwegian – a fitting name for a knife that is made to be passed down through generations. Just like the traditional methods used to make it. Arv is a versatile companion for life that masters cutting tasks effortlessly. The medium-length handle is made of carefully selected, bush-hammered curly birch, combined with leather and stag horn. The blade is made from H3LS (Helle Triple Laminate Stainless), a fully stainless, triple-laminated premium steel developed by Helle and is featured with a Scandinavian grind. A small but noticeable finger guard provides additional safety during use. Each knife comes with a Nordic-inspired leather sheath in brown – made from genuine, high-quality leather with a belt loop for safe transport. Thanks to its compact size, the sheath is also ideal for carrying on a belt – just like a classic neck knife. Warning and safety information:Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
