Description

The Helle GT is a long-time favourite and has been part of the Helle line since 1997. The aluminium finger guard provides secure protection from the triple laminated stainless steel blade. The blade is made from H3LS (Helle Triple Laminate Stainless), a fully stainless, triple-laminated premium steel developed by Helle and has a classic Scandi grind that has been polished by hand to provide an instant sharpness that’s worth seeing. The knife comes with a Snap-Type leather sheath made of high-quality leather. Warning and safety information:Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily.
