Description
The Spartan Blades Ronin Shinto is a large, versatile field knife designed by Tu Lam of R nin Tactics. The standout feature is the distinctive recurve shape of the MagnaCut blade, which resembles a Kukri but is better suited for cutting than chopping. The curved form ensures that the material being cut is properly guided, making the knife especially efficient in slicing tasks. Spartan Blades was founded by Green Beret veterans, and Tu Lam, who served in Okinawa, is now a trainer at R nin Tactics, where he trains soldiers, police officers, and civilians. With his extensive experience, he is particularly qualified to design tactical outdoor knives. The full-tang knife with a Micarta handle comes with a durable Kydex sheath that features a retention clip with MOLLE-compatible loops. Additionally, other carry options, such as a Tek-Lok clip (not included), can be used. Warning and safety information:Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
